Issues, Workarounds & Localization

So last night all of my accounts were socketed at the same time for probably the 1000th time this week. But this time something was different it won't open again even the eve forums takes over 10 mins to load while timing out and having to refresh multiple times to get them to open. When the launcher does open this is what I see https://gyazo.com/9039bc5889f61af51df6cc65252ea1dc, but I know it's going b/c I have corp/alliance mates in game playing although it's offline.

Things I've tried:
Clean windows install
Clean eve install
rescache.exe - Says 0 files are missing
Tried to open in safe mode

I don't know what else to do to get this game to open. It's not on my side as I have no issues running anything else that I want to run but if it has to do with eve it absolutely will not open. Rather frustrating that I'm now paying for a game that I can't even open hopefully their will be a prompt fix to this issue.




I ran the repair tool it got to step 2/7 locked up and force closed. I started launcher again after that now all is working as expected wtf.

I done as gm mechanic stated to do previously but it didn't resolve my issue thank you though.
