Hi, every time i try to login to submit a support ticket I receive an error that states My email has already been taken.

Hi,
this seems to be the same issue as discussed in this forum thread. Best to send a mail to helpcenter@eveonline.com as described there to get your account fixed, if you are still having problems.

Hi, thanks for this. I had seen this thread before and had emailed the helpdesk 4 days ago and have yet to receive a reply. I was worried they might reply through their ticket system, which i cant access. Thanks.
