Blood Control Tower BPC Pricecheck

Would anyone be kind enough to provide rough idea on pricing for this single run bpc found in a cosmic sig:

Blood Control Tower Blueprint (copy)

cant seem to find any info

But you can do pricechecks on blueprint copies like these like this:

go to eve-central.com and look up sell and buy on the product: https://eve-central.com/home/quicklook.html?typeid=27530

sell 544m
buy 490m

go to a production calculator of your choice, I like eve-cost.eu, but many prefer https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/ and see the production cost.

looking at the blood control tower, the production cost is around 440m

So you now have 2 options, you can either try to sell the bpc for 50m - 100m or you can build the tower and sell it for a 50 - 100m profit

I wonder if tower BPCs will be worth something for the nostalgic in a couple of years - thoughts?
