Concord Ships?

So I have been playing with the idea of what would the bonuses be If CCP gave Capsuleers Concord ships as a faction race ship. It would have to need all 4 races skilled to fly it, meaning it would have 4 bonuses plus the role bonus. In truth this might sound OP, but really it wouldn't be, look at the Astero's bonuses, and even compared to Assault Frigates, it wouldn't get their base resist or HP. Let's hear your ideas of what you think the bonuses should be for a frigate, cruiser and battleship.And the number of high/med/low slots on each. It seems to me that the Concord ships use hybrid weapons, with shield defenses.

Concord Frigate (Doru)
High: 4 slots (2 guns, 2 )
Medium: 4 slots
Low: 3 slots
Rigs: 3 slots

Caldari Frigate bonus (per skill level): 15% Small hybrid turret optimal range
Minmatar Frigate bonus (per skill level): 7.5% shield booster amount
Gallente Frigate bonus (per skill level): 10% small hybrid turret falloff
Amarr Frigate bonus (per skill level): 20% energy vampire and energy neutralizer drain amount

Role Bonus: 200% small hybrid turret damage
95% reduction in Scan Probe Launcher CPU requirements


Concord Cruiser (Xiphos)
High: 6 slots (4 guns, 2)
Medium: 6 slots
Low: 4 slots

Caldari Cruiser bonus (per skill level): 15% Medium hybrid turret optimal range
Minmatar Cruiser bonus (per skill level): 7.5% shield booster amount
Gallente Cruiser bonus (per skill level): 10% Medium hybrid turret falloff
Amarr Cruiser bonus (per skill level): 20% energy vampire and energy neutralizer drain amount

Role Bonus: 75% Medium hybrid turret damage
37.5% bonus to Core and Combat Scanner Probe strength


Concord Battleship (Hoplon)
High: 8 (6 guns, 2)
Medium: 7 slots
Low: 4 slots

Caldari Battleship bonus (per skill level): 15% Large hybrid turret optimal range
Minmatar Battleship bonus (per skill level): 7.5% shield booster amount
Gallente Battleship bonus (per skill level): 10% Large hybrid turret falloff
Amarr Battleship bonus (per skill level): 20% energy vampire and energy neutralizer drain amount

Role Bonus: 50% Battleship hybrid turret damage
37.5% bonus to Core and Combat Scanner Probe strength

I'm not 100% sure with the Amarr bonus, but it seemed to be the best, no range, just strength, and with that you'd have to get your cap to hold with hybrids and an active tank because of the Minmatar bonus. Again let's see others ideas and feedback. Thanks for your time.

Edit: A Shield fitted Blaster boat, that can kite you out, tank you out and then laugh when you try to neut it, gets the same damage a regular blaster boat but the range of a Railship, but has blaster levels of tracking, Scan down your friends and do the same to them is actually OP believe it or not.

Still a bad idea, just like all the other "Can I has CONCORD ship". These things are laughably OP'd for no real reason. Next time try arguing for ships that serve no purpose being proposed beyond the reasoning that you just want them without completely obsoleting half of the frigates, cruisers, and battleships in the game -- you're shooting yourself in the foot with these abominations; and the rest of us, for that matter.

+1 for CONCORD ships, -a metric ass ton for these in particular. Like the names, though.

Again, I am just brain storming and throughing out ideas. Anyone ith better, please by all means. I'd just love to fly some Concord ships same day. And nice to know at least the names are liked. haha

All the role bonuses are OP.
All the ships are based toward shield tanking, I would like atleast 1 armor tanked.
The frigate's bonuses make it the sole best frigate in the game. Too OP

+1 for the idea, I'd love it if concord released a line of ships. Stats need a few tweaks though. Names are pretty nice.

I adjusted the high slots, changed the Caldari and Amarr bonuses. Any better, or still too OP?

Dude, those things are so ridiculously OP they make Tournament Ships look like T1 frigates.

For comparison, here are the bonuses for the Chremoas:

Gallente Frigate bonuses (per skill level):
15% bonus to Small Projectile Turret tracking speed
Minmatar Frigate bonuses (per skill level):
10% bonus to Small Projectile Turret optimal range and falloff
Covert Ops bonuses (per skill level):
20% reduction in Cloaking Devices CPU requirement
10% bonus to Core and Combat Scanner Probe strength
Role Bonus:
200% bonus to Small Projectile Turret damage
10+ bonus to Relic and Data Analyzer virus strength
• Can fit Covert Ops Cloaking Device and Covert Cynosural Field Generator
• No targeting delay after Cloaking Device deactivation
• Cloak reactivation delay reduced to 5 seconds

Note: These things are in VERY limited release (part of second prize for Alliance Tournament XI) and they're valued at ISK100,000,000,000 EACH (that's 100 BILLION ISK, the cost of a Titan, for a frigate....).

Now, your CONCORD frigate would eat these things for breakfast.

Still insanely overpowered.

Let's just take the role bonuses.

You're giving it the role bonus of the daredevil AND a second bonus

Then, if that wasn't enough one of the per-level bonuses of the Daredevil, plus one of the bonuses of the Succubus, plus another two per-level bonuses. It's got twice as many bonuses as most faction frigates.

About the only way 6 bonuses (2 role, 4 per level) might work is if they were half or less that of the faction frigates that it would otherwise replace. Maybe.

Please rework the bonuses layout, it looks wierd atm.

look at the CONCORD's LP shop. Nice weapons and active tank mods are available. Their ships should be able to fit cap size mods on a subcap hulls wihtout any drawbacks and with max performance. It is a supreme weapon of New Eden's order so it's has to be overpowered.

Start with Navy Faction and maintain the level rather than starting with T2 and building up...
One of the issues is that you're applying bonuses for each race you're requiring - require a single CONCORD (frigate, for example) skill instead and it will be easier to avoid the craziness.

Concord ships sound awesome I would give them only bonus when concord is present in system ....some kind of anti gank ship or bounty hunter bonus
