Support Ticket System

What happened? Over a week and still no review of my ticket and two weeks for a corp member. When did the support system die? Is this just another part of the Eve decline?

With a quick forum search I found 2000000000+ similar threads to this. All with the same answer. "Ticket times vary by category, with mission stuck and security tickets taking less than 24 hours average to reimbursement tickets taking up to 3 months( depending on time of year) just wait your turn and it will be handle when they can get to it."

Second most common answer to why it takes so long is " ccp uses native speakers to answer tickets they could push us to a call center in India or Comcast and how happy would you be then.

Personally I think this thread is a troll since anyone with half a brain could google an answer instead of wasting our time.

Like mentioned above, it depends on the issue. Say you have a ticket that requires an investigation, that could be a long wait etc.
Such as you got ganked in Jita due to that recent bug? May take time. I know some were complaining, but that takes investigation time which is far from instant.
