Corax Solo PVP Fit?

I saw another thread about a brick tanked Corax for... baiting? And thought maybe it could be tuned for just regular solo pvp?

Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. The Corax is probably my favorite hull overall in the game and it would be nice to tool around in it and do some pew pew. Unfortunately my PVP experiences thus far have been pretty limited. I tried to make a super high resist corax a while back and got face rolled in lowsec HARD.

Corax sadly sucks balls. You can do some niche rocket fits like 400 plate double web or scram/web/mse. However it is basically outclassed by every other destroyer out there. Also, it's slower than most battlecruisers.
