Cant login stuck on ( login complete processing bulk data ) HELP!!

As title says i"m stuck on (Login complete processing bulk data) anyone else having this issue? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I'm having a similar issue here. I launch the game, go through the usual progress bars, but where normally I'd reach the character select menu I'm just getting a black screen. I can still bring up the esc menu, but that's literally all I can do

Did you ever find out what was causing it?

Did you ever find out what was causing it?
Please find C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\rescache.exe and run it (but at the end when it asks if you want to download all, reply no). Does that help?

Ran the rescache, 0 files corrupted, 0 files downloaded. Only option I get is "Press ENTER to exit".

When I run the repair tool it always fails; "IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied"

I got this same issue. Try to login and game get's stuck at 'login complete, processing bulk data.' I tried running C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\rescache.exe, like CCP explorer suggested, but nothing changed. Also tried repairing client, running as admin, clearing cache but still can't manage to login.

Any help would be much appreciated! :)

EDIT: Running rescache and choosing yes to download fixed my issues.
