Skills are all over the place, and a lot of SP is in Corp managment/indy

No Maxed out BS and very limited Large guns so this is basically a cruiser character

Appraiser says 7.3 BUT with 77 percent indy skills expect that price to go WAY down... like 3 bil cause if someone wants a miner/scientist/indy... they just get one cheap and not worry about pvp/pve
