I've found almost nothing on missioning for pirate corporations. Does anyone do these other than epic arc runners? If so, are the mission types the same just with different factions? If so, which factions? Empire ones? Concord? Any information you can provide about standings hits, security hits, etc would be most appreciated. Also very curious to know what kind of corp standings gain percentages are received. Do they tend to be higher, lower, the same as the average hisec mission standings gains?

Essentially the same as highsec missions, except everything will be against empire factions/Concord/very rarely other pirate factions. Many of the missions are on eve-survival, just like highsec. Empire factions will get derived hits but you will not take security status hits. Corp standings are equivalent to highsec missions in general, lp/isk rewards are proportionally higher for the lower (relatively) sec status.

They are commonly run by many NPC null alliances as a source of extremely easy cash. Some people ninja run them in hostile space, this is also profitable and very easy if you're not an idiot/have a scout.

Like they dude above said, it's pretty much exactly like in Empire.

The one less known aspect of missioning for pirates is that some of their storylines have NPCs that drop faction items. I got a 500mil tracking implant from one and 300-600mil in gallente navy loot from the other, multiple times. A year or two ago CCP fixed it so you can't farm those anymore by waiting for NPCs to respawn after downtime.
