Eve launcher/client throwing an exception when started

When I launch eve from steam or from my non-steam launch, I get an exception before the launcher even starts. I've tried reinstalling, deleting everything and reinstalling, repairing (though now the repair is gone), and a few other things. The .exe also doesn't work. The exception is incredibly long (15k+ letters) so I'll only post the first part here, I'll post the rest if needed.

I can't post the code here because it contains HTML, nor on pastebin because it contains more then 10% binary characters, so here is another website that has it.

Finally, the exception box has a 'start eve' option, but clicking it does nothing.

My client launcher doesn't have any where to input login data anymore. So I can't log in.

Running the repair tool seems to have fixed my problem.
