What systems are normally busy on the test server aside from 6-CZ49 and PVH8-0?

Is there a good place to go find 1v1's and test things in a more controlled environment?

you can fight anywhere as long as both parties and you accepted the fight . you just cant attack random people outside testing system, this also belongs to poses and stuff but if you and your friends are bored of testing zone just do moveme to thera and fight there "in peace" . so nobody will disturb you.
