visa debit is not working under visa, anyone have any ideas why?

But they take the baby version of visa debit? (visa electron) ... that would be weird

anyone have any idea how i pay for char xfer when card works fine for monthly sub? :/

Yeah. CCP will have an idea. You may want to raise a petition for Accounts/Billing.

As a side thought, I am reasonably sure I paid for my transfer + re subscription using my Visa Debit off my gaming account.

I'd need to double check bank statements though and I'm way too lazy to do that ...

I had this problem the other day.
VISA Debit, character transfer, hit the button and it came back saying it couldn't complete the transaction.
Hit the button again 20 seconds later without changing anything and it went through.
Verified that I was only billed once.

Hey thanks for the reply I tried that but still didn't work, its really frustrating, bank is 2 min walk from my house and I have cash in there... all details are correct, entering it under the 'VISA' card options but nay joy thus far :(
