I've seen other posts that say to uninstall/reinstall, run as administrator, created a new API key, etc. I still cannot get EFT to populate the Character window that prompts you to "choose the character to load skills from". Is it Windows 10? Is it EFT? Is it an ID-10-T error?

are you sure the api key you're creating contains the information needed by eft?

I am using EFT 2.31 with Windows 10 - no problem importing API. Make sure you click View -> Character Editor -> Create Character. Select the character you create and click the API Skill Import icon. Enter the KeyID and Verification Code. Should work if you included the necessary fields when creating the API key.
