problem with eve

recently I had to wipe my hard drive due to issues with the windows 10(do not load by the way), I reloaded windows 7 xp (which I never had problems with ever by the way) and now cant seem to log into the game. The launcher loads(blue bar at bottom) it launches the game goes to open and launchers from the serve launcher, however it never pulls the game up into working order.. Help does anyone know what's going on with this? Please I have never had a problem like this with eve ever in my 10 yr's of playing the game..

Try issues and workaround forum a couple of sections down they may have a solution to this issue.

i formatted my hdd and had issues too, tried running as administrator?

oh do i need to put windows back on? computer shop guy said my laptop was preloaded so assumed it was just always there?
