Bad case of carebearitus, need to get out in the open

So. I've been in and out of EVE for almost six years now. Mostly I've been playing since I really enjoy the setting and the possibilities, and for all this time I've said that "When I find time for it, I'm really going to get into this beautiful game". Well, I've found that I will never, ever get any spare time again in my life, so now is as good as any other time to try and find some friends to fly with.

Me? Oh yes, I'm a 34 year old guy from Sweden (EU TZ). I have a wife, a 1½ year old daughter, a house in constant need of repairs and a steady daytime job as a computer engineer. When I'm not handling any of that, I can sometimes make time to play some EVE. As you can imagine, that requires some flexibility on any corp that employs me. Why a female toon? Because she looks way better than I, simple as that. AND she's been around long enough to collect about 27M SP, which makes her quite attractive to me.

I have quite good basic skills. I can fly most things Gallente up to and including a BS, although not the T2 variants. But skills is one thing, I totally lack experience (though I've been flying a lot of PvE missions) and will need training. I have no real specialty except for the Ore Extraction profession, which has allowed me to pay the repair bills.

What I'm looking for in my corporation:

  • Real-life awareness.
  • Laid back attitude.
  • Sense of humour.
  • Mature players.
  • Possibilities for exploring new parts of EVE, which I've never been part of (more or less everything except solo PvE and mining in empire).
  • I wouldn't mind a corporation that goes a little deeper into the role-playing aspect, although that isn't a dealbreaker.


What I have to offer:

  • Loyalty. When I accept a job, I go all in!
  • Patience. While doing empire mining, I learned patience.
  • Good skill set. With a little experience, I will be able to contribute quite fast.
  • Good English communication skills. I hope. Big smile
