You must also consider that moon composition is player reported and thus not necessarily accurate, so even if there WAS a perfect map, there'd be a very significant change the majority of the information on the location of VALUABLE moons would be incorrect.

hi, I'd still love to get moon minerals maps/ databases of Great Wildlands, Curse and Stain.
I'd like to get them added to Dotlan maps.
I'm willing to pay.

Best to mail me in game.
Thanks

I hope you are aware that even if those regions are technically not claimed by a 0.0 alliance (being NPC regions), all moons worth mining are claimed by some entity that unofficially claims the area. Same is true for valuable low sec moons.

So such data is of very limited usefulness unless you have a large fleet to throw around. Even if the data existed on Dotlan, if you'd go look at every single moon that has goo worth mining (=output value of noticeably more than 200 million ISK a month, rough cost of med tower POS fuel - in other words Dysprosium, Mercury, Neodymium, Platinum, Promethium, Thulium and Technetium) you'll find that they are occupied. Period. In the case of actual valuable goo - Dysprosium, Neodymium, Technetium - you'll also find a fully armed large deathstar POS on site. Funnily Promethium is already so cheap it isn't worth mining with a large tower unless the tower is doing something else as well (Large POS fuel cost is about 400 mil a month, Promethium goo mining is worth 440mil a month).

You might find an open moon with something like Caesium, Hafnium or Vanadium that is barely profitable to mine with a small tower (monthly profit in the range of 40-80 million ISK after paying the fuel bill) but those come with a problem; Small towers can be popped like a pinata even by a small fleet and the profits are miniscule compared to the logistics effort.

So your request is somewhat pointless, unless you wish to pay for public map of these mid-level moons that probably have a small mining POS on them so you can go around popping them for entertainment.

Edit: ah, The 99 Percent. You *are* seeking them in order to cause grief. I wholly approve this idea Big smile

Hi, I don't want to argue with you or anyone else. Dotlan maps is a wonderful resource. I would like to see all the moons listed there. These regions don't have all their moons listed there. This is simply a desire to complete the database. Eve is fascinating to me, but it's shocking that such a simple thing as a database of all the moon minerals does not exist for the public to use. If anyone is interested in selling me that data so I can have it added to Dotlan, it would be a worthy endeavor. I don't know how to make this any clearer. Why would I want to redo the surveying of 1000's of moons when it's already been done....what a waste of time.

I'm sure the rest of what you said is correct.

Thank you
