Posting about what moderators should do is against forum rules and that post should be deleted.

Hello fellow capsuleers!

The only reason why Santo Trafficante fails to kill his target, is when the target never logs in again. If someone paid Santo to kill me, I would never log-in either. Who would? The only right way to counter this would be to biomass your character and start a new one.

Now I believe this is actually better service than OP originally requested from him, so I am expecting him to pay Santo a lot of extra ISK from a job very well done.
