As the in-game GM's refuse to answer my petition, perhaps the Moderators can help.

Seller sent me this mail:

Theres something freaky going on with the xfers.
Tried a petition but no answer.

Im in a bit of a tight spot as as soon as I received the isk I purchased the alt i was intending to get.

Fastest way to resolve at this stage is to just hand over the details.

Zero communication after this mail, obviously a scam. I'd like this resolved immediately.

Lots of scamming in the Character Bazaar these days. I wonder if there is some kind of loophole the ISK sellers have picked up on. I was scammed recently as well. Granted, CCP GM's took care of it swiftly after my petition was filed per the forum rules... none the less, it's frustrating to have billions tied up in a scam.

What's going on with the frequency here...

GMs have been notified. To report time sensitive exploits it's important to use the correct petition category. Stuck > exploits works well.
