BTW, want them to waste the lux? Sentry drones, mjd 90-degrees off so you're still in active range of the drifter, and fire.

seems they'll DD the drones, and then charge them. So you blast them w/focused drone fire, abandon drones when they're getting low, drop another set, and keep mjd/burning away from your drones while the drifters go charging the new set of sentries.

I used a similar tactic for tests, only with throwaway tristans (the targeting saturation thing). They did chase drones, but there was always a chance for them to switch to a ship. I did kill some drifters. I did lose a bunch of tristans. Also works better against a solo drifter, because he can't hit light drones (if webbed).

I guess it could work, but there's a problem with incursion drifters that they are aggressive and could probably shoot you first instead of the drones. And they WILL volley you off the field because drifter and mordus NPCs have broken tracking/gun signature resolution stats for battleships and hit orbiting inties with relative ease.
Worth testing.

Still you lose a bunch of drones, probably some ships, and you get what? A lvl4 mission worth of amarr LP?

Dominix improvements/change:
Domi looks great, but like Sirran noted, it does look a bit toy-ish.

Effects Changes:
Doomsday effects are very nice, however it still seems to be the case that Damage is still applied almost well before the animation (and the subsequent landing of the doomsday) finishes for the Leviathan. I think a tweak to the animation speed or effect would be needed to keep it on par. I've also seen this with the rag once however I think it got fixed as the animation was simply glitchy in previous patches. I personally think the problem is related to the levi using "Missiles" that have/need to travel vs the Bacon Beams that the Avatar & Erebus use to "cook" their targets (the beam lands instantly and stays active before damage lands) it can also be noted that the Ragnarok has a bit of an on/off relation with this type of issue, but I usually see the projectile explosions before the target explodes. TL:DR Levi DD causes target to explode before beautiful explosions land.

It is also sometime hard to distinguish the remote effect being used concerning Remote Cap and Nos/Neuts.
Essentially it's not as readily apparent as it used to be.


Drifters/Amarr NPCs:
During the masstest I noticed they were happily attracted to anything running a smart-bomb and that Drifters would keep firing their Doomsday on anything it wouldn't kill immediately. (They would cycle every few minuets) Is this normal behavior? Does it have a cool-down?
I only mention this because they managed to get 2 max-tank titans into 50% and 70% respectivly

Out of curiosity: What was the reason for the team to make Cargo Scanners and Data/Relic analyzers to use the same color for the scan effect?
