Hey IGS, now i know i promoted several of our fine items on this very message board from time to time..and i know some of you actually bought our high quality products..But sometimes the customer has a few questions, or is having trouble getting the item to work properly

Also there are instructions on how to read Ancient Brutor on the front...

A while back I bought a portable neocom from a baseliner man in jita who said it was made by Huogikku Corporation as he pulled it from a pocket from his trench coat. I went back to the captains quarters and it played nothing but some animated kitten doing cartwheels on the screen. Can I get a replacement? If not can I get my money back?

But the guy said it would access the galnet and a bunch of other features. I powered it on and all I got was a cute little white cat thing doing cartwheels across the screen in some cheery looking background. It did not do any of the features it boasted! Nor did I have the option to do anything but watch that cat do cartwheels and have some speech bubble in Napanii characters I don't know said by the kitty....

There wasn't a switch on the back, it was just a flat back and no place to open it or anything!

Hello!

We bought this USB 16.0 "Jump Drive" with 256 Petabytes but my SOEbook only has USB 15.0 ports so it doesn't recognize it when we plug it in. Is that normal?

And it doesn't seem to have anything to do with our Micro Jump Drive there's nowhere to plug it into that. But there is a picture of an MJD with fire streaming out of it on the package. False advertising?

We tried contacting the support number but we were put on hold for several hundred parsecs and there's still Intaki Muzak coming out. Please help.

Sounds like you got the C models....Cheap, and very weird

This should kick it into the work mode...and toss it again to go back to weeb mode

I tossed it against the wall and all I got was a broken screen...
Can I get a refund now? Or at least the screen replaced? I kinda like the dancing kitty
Oh and can I get a translation into Matati for whatever its saying?

I dismantled my Nova Knife Blender because I needed a quick pair of knives for a contract..... when I put the unit back together I noticed it really lacked the character it had before. It operated smoothly, blended fruit and vegetables perfectly, and even consumed less energy.....

How do I get the the old, inefficient, kinks back?

Damn that was the best ****** blender I ever had...... watching guests choke and splutter on oddly shaped vegetable masses was priceless.
