Hello once again my dear friends!

And i got another question/suggestion.

What if or is there any chance or what do you think of chance to be employed by CONCORD/DED corporation not those silly militia forces.

I wanna be a police like with a sheriff badge Cool hunting down criminals and deliver inevitability of judgement.

Everybody is welcome by Concord ... grab a comet, apply the police skin and put a concord batch in your cargo hold and you are free to shoot any suspect or criminal player in order to restore justice.

I'm my own NPC alt.

Going "WOOOP WOOOOP" in local adds like 90% of the legitimacy of a badge.

considering concord pays out all npc bounties, and LP for sansha incursions, there are many opportunities for employment via concord.

I think they also buy overseer's personal effects, but not 100% sure on that

You know what, i wouldn't even mind to buy and wear a police uniform through NEX shop.
I was arrested once irl by police officer (female) and i'm telling you she was just "hot" and she knew the damn thing and this was like her primary weapon not her gun or anything else. I ws like - yes mom, i'm all yours! Ahahaha what a memoryBig smile

Surprised nobody gave a straight answer to this.

Bottome line = NO.

Concord and DED Corporations don't have any Agents available so there's no way you can actually be employed by them. The best you can do is to work Incursions to gain Concord LP's which can be used in their LP Store or you can use the Concord LP's at other NPC LP Stores, for a small fee.

Also there's currently no way to gain Concord Standing.

I was arrested before by a grumpy country Garda (what we call the cops in Ireland) with the sense of humour and appearance of a damp rag in a high vis jacket so I can't say I share the lust.

That said the police kronos looks pretty boss.

Did you mouth off to her so that she would slap you around a bit? Seems like the obvious thing to do in that situation.

I just about to say, why bring a comet when you can bring a police-skinned Kronos, preferably layered to the brim with shiny officer modules? There's no way anyone would mess with one of those... Blink

Although you can lose it, which seems a bit odd. There should be an option to raise it back up to neutral at least, but I haven't seen any impact to having neg concord standing as yet.

Finally, in regards to the OP, why on earth would Concord need our help when they have space-magic on their side? Us plebs would just be getting in the way. P

Yeah, I agree, there should be a way to raise Concord Standings, especially when it's very easy to lose standings with them.

The impact from having negative Concord standings is that they own high sec systems. The problem - Concord is much stronger than the other Faction NPC's, as such players can't just quickly pass through their systems and evade the Concord ships like they can with the other Factions.

Outlaws are also valid targets.

There are a surprising number of outlaws that don't seem to realize this.

Outlaws = players who have -5.00 or lower security status are KOS (Kill On Sight) anywhere in the Eve Universe

CVA is an alliance that started NRDS through essentially turning a section on null sec into high sec by acting as concord themselves. They are role players and are "re-taking the region of Providence for the glory of the Amarr Empire".

Most of the other Alliances that live in Provi don't role play as much as CVA but they do all police their section of space and act as concord. So IMHO it's the closest thing in game that you will get to being concord.
