Hi Folks,

As the subject states I'm looking to establish a 14B open ended Bond paying 3% monthly.
Make up of the bond will be 28 500Mil units.

People are free to withdraw their funds from the bond at any stage but forfeit the interest for that month.

Collateral will be in the form of:
3 x Naglafars
2 x Moros
1x Loki - Fit
1x Paladin - Fit
1x Archon
1x Chimera

Start Date:
01/09/2015

Interest payment dates: 1st of each month


Current investors:

Dextrome Thorphan - 6.25B*
Bad Bobby - 6 B
Amarr Citizen 155 - 5B

Note this is separate to my current open 5B loan.
Confirmed: loan will be repaid and the collateral used to extend this bond at the end of the loan term.

This bond may be increased over time but extensions will always be supported by additional collateral matching any extension.
(09/08/15) Collateral will be reviewed monthly an in crease in value by 1B or more will see the bond extended.

A reduction in Value of 1B or more will see a payout to investors on a % basis and a reduction in the overall bond.

Hi Bobby - thank you - will update as soon as I confirm one, I'm hoping to use Chribba again but he's a busy boy will give it a couple more days and then try Darknesss and Grendell?

Chribba has stated to, he will busy this weekend (in regards to my bond), but is likely back Monday likely.

IF it's ok for the both of you, I could 'hold' the collateral.

'Hold', as in case of default I will pass it on. I don't want to have to sell, appraise or anything like that.
On the other hand, I will offer to do this for free.

But I must say, I think my MD history, also doesn't disqualify me

I'm a previous investor of yours and have absolutely no argument with you, however this line of reasoning doesn't hold.

Your current bond, like those before it, are collateralised. You didn't need any reputation to fill them, because you paid Chribba to borrow his. You've handled your bonds well and have managed to achieve a very low rate as a result. As far as I can tell, you haven't been trusted with 14B of assets in a situation where it would profit you to take them.

It's also worth noting, that when I was running a 550B collateralised (well, nearly) IPO, I managed to secure a further 300B of isk and assets through association with my larger IPO by saying exactly the kind of thing you have said here.

I'm not saying you are dishonest or cannot be trusted, I'm just saying you are not a tested alternative to Chribba, Grendell or even RAW23... yet.
