'Spam King' pleads guilty for 27m Facebook messages
A Las Vegas man has pleaded guilty to fraud and criminal contempt after he sent more than 27 million spam messages through Facebook.

Sanford Wallace, who is known as the "Spam King", faces a maximum prison sentence of three years and a fine of $250,000 (£160,000).
Didn't know spam was officially a crime. 'Murica, you got it right, for once! Big smile

I wonder what kind of prison he's going to. Some of them aren't very nice places to live. Spamming may not have prepared the poor guy for the lifestyle. Even a career as a repeat offender spammer. Oh well, I guess he should have thought of that before...? Shocked

It should be for proven intentional damage and the actual loses with proof of damage.
