This is not the character for a beginner. This is a highly focused small ship PVP master with all the basics required. Very capable in most frigates, cruisers, and destroyers, and has a perfect Loki and Tengu. Much much more, fit for PVP. First off, this character has negative Sec status (~ -4.0). If you are considering purchasing this character then you are focused on PVP anyways, but wanted to get that out of the way. She is located in High Sec currently and you need to burn out of there in a cruiser or smaller.
