AndromacheDarkstar (one of their directors) was in fact an alliance Director of one of the founding corp - He and one of his buddy left after stealing blind their own corp's coffer and the alliance's. And their neutral's corp too I believe.

I wouldn't trust a scammer and a thief with my ISK if I was a potential client. Instead, I would hire established Mercs that have a reputation to preserve and thus will not scam/steal you. Maybe it will not happen again, but heh, who knows?
