Returning player, but there's a problem

Hello,

Previously I had three accounts, two were alts with roughly 3-4m SP on the characters and I think my main had 14m. I decided to return and paid for a years subscription on my main only to find my character missing.

His name was "Salt Dog", any idea how I can find out what happened to him and all my stuff that he had?

If he can't be recovered somehow is there a new player incentive that could be applied to my account?

Petition it and pray.

To my knowledge CCP has not erased any characters yet so your character should be there if you did not bio mass it your self.

Ah crap... apparently I had four accounts not three and I applied the one year subscription to the one without developed characters

make a petition and you should be able to get the billed timed moved

if you have applied the subscription time to the wrong account, please submit a petition under 'Billing & Account', 'Payment Issues' and a GM will investigate that for you.

CCP do infact erase characters. I know of a player that petitioned CCP about his banned account (it had been banned for either 3 years or longer than 3 years) to which CCP told him that they have no records of the character due to it being deleted from the database. I know this is a special circumstance (a permanently banned account that sat there for either 3 years or longer than 3 years) but they have done it before.
