There's a sticky near the top of this sub that has some wh public channels listed but there's not one that is specifically for the purpose of fighting off nullbears.

Several of the big groups are tightly connected to null groups. Also several of the small groups are pure nullsec alt groups. So dont expect so much of a great null vs wh war. If your interested in doing that a lot your best bet is probably Theraboys

if by thwarting evictions you mean third-partying a money exchange to get people to leave holes, then you deffo do that

Just on the topic of Chitsa and null though, there's a NPSI roam every three weeks where wormholers unite and go on themed roams through null against all odds. Just join ingame channel Magic Gate for info.
