Just ignore people who are complaining. Everybody does.

Fozziesov is great. Huge fun, good stuff happening. Yes our comms died, no it wasn't strategically relevant as we were all dead at the time anyways. Yes, there are no doctrine ships but we're the ones losing our freighters full of them to hyperdunks all while titans are getting welped in YAO.

This is just like any other deployment but for some reason the CAOD shitposting is not in CAOD.

Well, provi isnt even taken, CVA only lost 8 systems from which 2 are again theirs. Despite being 500% more people, Imperium failed... YET...

Will they come again to finish the task this weekend? Multiple stations are in freeport mode.
And Imperium didnt even touched -7-, some agreement? :P

And aren't you known for market warfare and metastuff? ALso what happened to all the entosis links, damage control units and strontium on the provi market shortly after the first station got freeported?

I'm having serious fun right now killing goons, getting totally welped by goons and having some really good fights with goons.
I remember an engagement at the x6ab Ihub where a Provi entosis gang killed a smaller SMA entosis gang to be then killed by an SMA cynabal fleet which was in turn killed by the Provi main fleet later. That was a fun escalation for everyone involved.

Codesov was implemented 3 years ago over just Highsec.

CODE actually tried this a couple of years back.

Erotica1 was hurfing and blurfing about it for a couple of weeks on the forums (narrative was that -7- were apparently AFK miners, as if that even works in Providence)

Then when they finally made their move, Sev3rance singlehandedly so utterly destroyed them during their very first attack (and then proceeded to camp their staging) that the entire invasion was cancelled and nothing of the invasion was ever mentioned again on the forums.

So translation. Being prepared, organized and holding just enough space to have fun leads to escalating pvp

If I understand it right.... That means that you are using smaller ships.... Stabbers fit well in a cynabal fleet... Therefore most pvp kicks off now with stuff new players can get into with the rich overlords supplying the ships? Seems to me that to have escalating fight means devotion. But mechanics mean will probably need to be heavy staged next by now so gotta be practically neighbours.

I agree. That is a mechanic that gets and keeps new players. Let the old timies whine. As time goes by, alliances will hide away that dont want more affordable, but protracted battles. Others will probably form up and form borders. Like provi there, is not able to defend the spoils, it will be lost.

Headshots arent fun, but losing is if you can put up some sort of defence. Final days of white noise was fun. Small ships and precision attacks. Final days of cascade wasnt cause we just were not able to damage, and thus impossible to defend, impossible to hold. Why waste our time fighting without being able to even dent or counter megafleet.

Does seem awfully convenient that it was hit with a DDOS during an engagement like that though.

Dunno about the doctrine ships stuff though. I'm not terrible so I had my alt shipping down enough stock to last me from Jita before I'd even got my main down there.

I wasn't, I was on a "special mission". I met up with the fleet after all of that when they leapt into where we'd been holding and exploded. Huzzah!

Either way though, it's clear the intention of the DDOS was to drop comms for our fleet. We're just quicker at exploding than they are at DDOSing.

Now that this deployment is over, I have gone back to not really logging into Eve.
