Guy is in a one man corp in the Minmatar Republic (FW) which is at war with Caldari.

How is he in Jita popping things left and right when I read the opposing navy will pop you if your from the opposing "team" ?

There is already another thread about this. It includes lots of butt hurt fanbois. I suggest you voice your discontent with the current system, because right now there are more trolls than actual discussion.

I'm assuming neutral alts for logistics lots of bounces and safes and as I recall Faction NPCs always web before they scram.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

I got pointed by NPCs in Jita and Amarr a couple if times ... though they web first usually.

That is police NPCs to scram you. They go after people with sec statuses too low for the system.

Faction navy is different, they go after people with too low faction standing and opposite FW members. Faction Navy webs and neuts and sensor damps.

edit: to add another again, probably will need more P

CCP, there are off buttons for ship explosions, missile effects, turret effects, etc. "Immersion" does not seem to be harmed by those. So, [u]please[/u] give us a persisting off button for the jump gate and autoscan visuals.

So can one of the calmil guy not just go out and scram him down for the navy to kill? Or will his RR tank the navy indefinitely?

There are ways people spoof the Navy. It 'should' be reportable as exploiting when they deliberately bug out the Navy.
However generally since it's solvable by a few milita pilots actually bothering to form up and deal with him....
