Has jump Fatigue Killed the eve experience?

With all due respect brother, The time to have been 'not happy' would have been when CCP told y'all (or the last CSM, whoever, i don't keep up) about the idea in the 1st place imo.

What about if there was something that can help reset fatigue faster? Say outpost module or some other upgrade (medical bay?) which speeds up the timer 10x. So six minutes becomes 36 seconds, etc. Or if sov holding can put up a module that causes jump fatigue? Best, a combination of both.

Or you can jump on some tiny little fleet and only reprisal is feck, I cannot escape cause it was a TRAP. Fatigue is opportunity, not failure. Trap fleet uses gate to get in. You jump and they find where to, your fleet is S.T.U.C.K.

Edit: Cap only pilot? Such a thing can exist? I got my first carrier in like 2011. I mean I got good at frigs, dessies, cruisers, battlecruisers, battleships in that order before I went to caps.... Of course a year of not being able to do anything cause only want caps I am sure was fun too.

jump changes suck for the solo pilot. I have no reason to want a carrier now-a-days. Having one for a mobile base and being able to jump around to different parts of lowsec was an interesting idea. I might pick up a jump freighter, although for the amount of isk involved I should probably contract black frog instead.

for a fleet, it is pretty easy to refit off each other into travel/battle fits Plus with the number of coalitions and jump conditions the likely hood of getting intercepted just doesn't seem to be there. Jump 5LY, burn gates for a while, Jump 5 LY, burn gates, ect.

Overall I think it is probably better now than it used to be, but a few small tweaks would probably make it even better.

I used to covert cyno around running anoms in null in systems belonging to alliances with upgraded systems. The fatigue has made it impossible (well really hard) to move around. But thats OK, i sold my covops toon and closed the account.. so its working as intended Ugh

I don't think CCP really expect wars like having people in deklein and venal deploying to curse and providence to persist for much longer, especially given that the original plan included eventually nerfing JF as well as the other caps. Did you forget the mass protests about JF only having 5LY jump range too?

It's not *just* a matter of only being in space you can conceivably inhabit it's also about closing the doors of opportunity for groups to relocate their military powers willy-nilly all over the cluster because that's how you generate fun in modern EVE.

Put simply, too many blues.

There might also be a time factor. Coalitions haven't consolodated down in space yet, despite having more ratting sites.
Alliances haven't grown to try push into the weak spots.

Though, Phoebe might be painful because people simply do not want SOV and it might be creating a series of islands, rather than a huge mix of warring states.

But also IMO it makes big fleet fights harder, say alliance A wants to invade alliance B space but live on other side of the map. They need to move their caps and super caps into position but would take a LONG time to do it. More time for the other alliance to hear about it, prepare for it. Etc.

Plus IMO is making plex prices go up, how many would buy tons of plexes to sell for ISK to buy a super, now people are selling them off, canceling accounts. FozzieSov not seem to be going over to well also, seems all these recent changes is hurting the game more then it is helping. Pleases a few while upsetting a lot more.
