I don't understand how the timerboard works. What does each column mean especially the last three.

It's more like 30.000+ from what I counted (if not mistaken 6 out of 10 biggest alliances are in CFC), so once again, what does this prove in terms of poor mechanics?

13 dreads lost for the loss of 1 Super and 1 Titan.

Considering Goons can easily replace those losses (as is evidenced by B-5 fight), I wonder how long CVA can take this kind of punishment?

The Goon "punishment" is temporary and ultimately meaningless since Goons do not have the wherewithal to move in and colonize the region. The only real scoreboards are isk ratio and fun ratio.
