Cap booster refuses to reload correctly

I have been flying active tankers for a long time, time after time i keep losing really close fights really soon since cap booster refuses to reload If you spam cap booster while it is reloading it breaks down and doesn't reload again.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. fit a ship with small or medium cap booster
2. load said ship and cap booster with biggest charge that fits in
3. undock and use the cap booster
4. when it starts reload cycle, start spamming the cap booster
5. once activated, the cap booster cycles but refuses to reload
