Did CCP consider any influx of Amarr loot and salvage (armor plates?) and possibly antikythera elements from NPC fights between Drifter and Amarr Navy?

I would certainly assume that it was factored in...why else would there be new exotic loots!

CCP often have shiny things drop during events like I imagine this is, the battle at Luminaire and CCP Dev roams come to mind. Someone had to create those loot tables or fit the actors' ships.

This is not just an event. It is a new type of incursions that should stay for a while. And the big difference I'm concernd of is, that you don't even need to shoot anybody. The Amarr Navy NPC and the Drifter NPC do the shooting for you. Apparently there is no risk, apart from it taken place in low sec at the moment. It might be a boost to the "salvager profession" but considering the amount of wrecks automatically created (like asteroids), it could crash the salvage market. But all that is not based on any numbers so it's just a wild shot.

I highly doubt this will be a more significant source of salvage than exploration currently is, or a better source of Antik elements than shooting Circadian Sleepers is.

I've been playing under the impression that there is no protecting specific groups by sacrificing other activities in game.
