Cannot patch EvE

I had yesterday with Launcher, but it sorted out after deleting launcher folder. No problem for the rest of the day. Today this...

Really annoying. I resubbed few days ago as I had some spare time and now I cant even play...

Also stuck on "Creating Patch 0.0%"

Tried the repair tool / deleting the launcher files, no change.

Ditto, same as above, tried everything. Yesterday it worked booting directly from the eve.exe file from the BIN folder inside eve, even thats not working today, comes up with "imcompatable build"...

Getting kind of annoyed now, i've seen plenty of player responses but nothing from CCP? they could at least validate our complaints and acknowledge something is wrong....

The launcher now crashes too if you try close it or change some settings.

Does full reinstall helps or its just one of those times where we need to wait and hope for the best?

This EVE launcher has been a broken piece of **** since it was first introduced.

Not impressed at all.

Okay.... Did they just flipped a switch or something. It just randomly decided to pass it and is working now. So surely it something on their side, not local?

Well as someone who started playing yesterday evening and within an hour i was hooked, today im rather disappointed to find i cant patch/nor play the game and see many have the same issue......is the a reccuring thing with EVE Online?

Same here, launcher not doing anything but Creating Patch 0.0%.

Closing it just crashes it and have to close it via task manager.

Same here.
Launching the repair tool doesn't even open the repair tool either.

Much like everyone else, I am getting a bit pissed that this is the second day in a row that patching hasn't worked properly and I've been losing game time as a result.

This is the logfile:

Edit: and of course it won't let me paste the logfile because the forum thinks there is HTML in it X

Edit 2: when I try to run the .exe nothing happens.

my EXE file won't do anything eigher my launcher is up to date and it says the client is ready but won't launch the game been waiting 2 days for a ticket to get answered. i got POS's to manage ...

I had same issue...Creating Patch 0.0%

Finally got mine working by deleting Launcher folder....and...deleting repair.exe....

Downloaded a new copy of the repair tool to my /CCP/Eve folder and ran it.

Repair Tool

Restarted launcher and initially it did the same thing and stuck at Creating Patch 0.0%...but...changing language settings a few times seemed to make getting the patch kick in. Waited for the patch to apply in Chinese language setting then changed back to English.

Logged in fine after that.

If you are having patching issues, have you tried to download the slim installer (97.4 MB), install on top of the existing installation, and then run the rescache tool to re-download any corrupt files (but don't download all files)?
