So, go wardec the biggest mining player-corp in your area, show stacks of barges on your KB, and get ready for juicy contracts from mining competitors.

He is coming to the realization that you actually may have to hunt targets that fight back to not get trolled. This is about where most merc posts devolve into a series of trolling and insulting posts/gifs that wind up with them deciding they can't cope with High-Sec and go back to other space
