As the subject says I'm currently looking for two miners to add to my fleet.

I require all the following skills to V
-Mining Barge
-Exhumers
-Cybernetics
-CPU Management
-Power Grid Management
-Navigation
-Warp Drive Operation
-Starship Command

I require the following abilities
-Use all T1 Crystals or really damn close.
-Use an invul 2 and survey scanner 2
-T2 Light Drones or really damn close

Looking to spend about 5 bil to 7 bil on each toon...
