Ok, the bid is high enough that I am comfortable selling. I'll go ahead and close the auction in 2 hours and sell to whoever has the highest bid at that time. 04:10 eve time.

However, I'm only going to acknowledge bid increments of at least 0.1 bil. A higher bid of less than 0.1 b is ignored.
