Interesting thing and also a kind of self-filtering mechanism: People put an application and then withdraw it two days later, especially over a weekend, while not being accepted or talked to. Some wait only half a day or so.

You know, guys, we are just people and do not play the game 7 days a week. Also, patience is a virtue.
