How accurate is this report, since it's several years old?

Any other information on decay rates, manpower/hours required to keep specific levels etc would be appreciated!

Personally i mined the index to one in roughly 600k-750k m3 so i think it got slashed in half in terms of m3 needed to upkeep a system when they tweaked the amounts needed in may sometime.
