1. Copy your TQ Folder contents
2. Replace sisi folder contents with that of TQ
3. Run http://content.eveonline.com/329614/evepremiumpatch327748-329614_m.exe for Windows/ http://content.eveonline.com/329614/evepremiumpatch327748-329614-mac.tgz for Mac
4. ???
5. Welcome to a dead (currently) server

that was the first thing i tryed.
did not work.

If you did it right, it'll work

Did you run sisi launcher or the patch I linked?

both...
i patch first then launched it like always.
but i looked at it again and i think the launcher may be changeing it back to old ver.

both...
i patch first then launched it like always.

You don't need to run the launcher after you run the patch

yep.. it was the launcher that was messing me up.
it would put me back to old ver.
k im in now.
the launcher needs an upgrade...lol

hmm tried all that still it starts the tranq server. i even downloaded the full test client that also starts the tranq server. I have no clue what im doing wrong
