My launcher actually freezes and crashes when its trying to create the patch... Shocked

Same here, stuck on 0.0%. Launche is also freezing up and crashing.


Tried running the repair tool, which needed an update, it deleted the old EXE, downloaded the new one, but left it named "repair.exe_zvdmtr"

Renaming it to repair.exe allows it to run, but it reports that everything is fixed and working after only about 30 seconds of running.

Edit: Running the Repair tool a second time gets stuck at "Downloading Index: Initializing ... "

on 2 computers having same issue, launcher saying creating patch 0.0% and not going. waited for 45 minutes then closed launcher when it said not responding.

repair tool not working either
luancher not responding when want to close and restart.
computer rebooted still same issue.
12227 pilots logged in tho

When will CCP start doing something about this problem as more people have this issue

Didn't work for me sadly.



Launching the ExeFile directly gives an Unable to connect to 87.237.38.200 on port 26000 error in the client. Not a version mismatch error. Guessing there's connection issues between us and them at the moment.

my problem is with the downloading part. first it stuck at 60.1%, after 5 minutes it's now stuck at 62.2%

edit: hold your horses, the bar is moving again, now stuck at 81%. well, can't be too long then :)

Doing a traceroute shows that my requests seem to be getting stopped at the ISP level and never leave their network.

Out of interest, is anyone else on BT here?

no updates coming in, repair tool falls over as soon as its started and just says FAILED

My launcher is also stuck at 0.0% and attempting to close it causes it to hang, I have to use the task manager to close it.

don't try to log in while it's patching, that froze the launcher for me 2 times in a row. i just let it patch in the background... 81.7%
