Sorry, can't help you with mach fits if you are determined to use one though.

I have 2 characters training for the Rattlers atm, but they are about 4 months away before being C3 ready, so I thought maybe the Mach could do them since I can fly it now.

First off, you're freaking crazy for doing a mach in c3s, but I like it.

Here's what I came up with:

Lows:

If you want to cut some cost to your fit, you can drop an RF tracking enhancer, add a co-processor, and switch out the Gist X-Type shield booster for a Pith X-type shield booster. That'll cut about 500mil off the price, it's less cap stable, but reps more, but should still be fine for c3 sites.
