Dear Chamberlain Haromi,

I do not have any ground on my own to ask a favor of the Amarrian people and its Navy.
Yet, I implore that the Empire stand up and assist CVA and its allies in the defense of Providence from those coming there to conquer.

From my understanding, CVA and their allies have been faithful in their defense of the Amarrian people since their foundation, and by all purposes, are a part of the Empire - just governed and maintained by Capsuleers. Many of us stood by, powerless when the Empress was murdered by the Drifter scum.

I implore that the Empire declare war upon these hostile enemies of the state; allow your navy to destroy them in your space, impound their goods in your stations, and do such until their war is long forgotten in the histories of time.
