They cost around 200M ISK in Jita, but there are less than 20 offers, especially for this price.

so if i read this i understand the following: they cost 200m in jita, but if i buy the bulk, the price will be 400mil

wut?

10b/50= 200mil; so i'd say what about 7,5b or even 7b?

There are only 30 pieces in Jita as sell order :)
Therefore you cannot buy it cheaper...

It is for financal speculation...
