To the OP: I like the cut of your jib sir. Next time make sure not to try catching your target on a station (you rarely succeed unless you can insta lock and one shot) and wait till he's somewhere more easily cornered.

If you must play station games, play them on a kick-out station where bumping is more viable. Bumping at 4-4 undock is nigh impossible, Amarr is tricky but doable, but Hek? Hek is reasonably bump-friendly.

Speaking of station games, here's a random pro-tip: I generally prefer to base out of Amarr stations because making insta-undocks is trivial. Undock in a fast ship, press and hold the "down" (or up) manual piloting key (which is about the only real use I've found for this function) until you stop pitching, hit MWD, wait until you're at the desired range, then hit Ctrl-B. The bookmark practically makes itself and it will be perfectly positioned no matter the range.
