LF 20BILL LOAN @20% For 2 Months

Hello i dont know if this is totally stupid and if anybody can help me but iam going to try anyway
let me explain my situation:

deu to bad choices made i lost my old accounts and found myselff having to start al over
and now i find myself buying alot of plex (3 a week) and spending it all the whole time on pewing on my stream
my point is i want to buy a new character so i can get back on my feet in eve and start making money again
atm all i have in colletterall is 4 plex but i can however proof that i consitently buy alot of plex and that is what i want to use to pay back the loan with a 10% intrest and whoever helps can have the 4 plex collaterall as a bonus.....

Also how someone can blow through 3b isk a week is beyond me Shocked

Why not just keep buying plex and just save up some isk for a char ? I mean I don't see how if you get 20b isk for a char if you are spending 3b isk per week in pvp how you are going to make isk to pay the loan back unless you plan on increasing the amount of plex you buy ?

This is certainly something to be careful about getting involved with if the implication is what we're assuming. You don't want the possibility of getting tarred with the same brush.
