Kill rights on a target with already active Kill rights, how?

Ok so I'm quite all gitty like a school girl atm, as I was just fail-suicided while undocking from 4-4. Pretty much this guy went ahead and did his insta-lock/scan/fire on me w/e which I thought was amazing as I have a 2.7s align time so he had at most 4 server ticks to take me in and managed to do that. But he ******* failed to realize i tank the **** out of stuff I undock in with good cargo so I just warped away without much issue and now have an active kill right and he got concorded \o/

But **** him, I'm not satisfied he lost his 20m gank ship to concord, I wanna get him randomly again now that I have a kill right on him while he's just gate camping people some other time in the near future. So here's the question none of the wiki's can answer source:

None of these explain the scenario of:
1)I have a killright against DarkHuntReZz
2) DarkHuntReZz already has kill rights available on him for public, but they cost 100m to activate the 'first' one I suppose.
3)How do I exercise my kill right here and not someone else's paying them 100m to kill the guy while my kill right still remains?

Do I just lock him up and not even activate kill right and open fire? And I won't get concorded? Sounds like bs to me and I will get concorded instantly if I don't activate the kill right and he's not suspect/criminal.

I thought the cheapest kill right would be the first to be activated. So if you set it for free, yours will be on top.

This is the best way to do it with your own kill rights. Also I have had issues with killrights not showing up properly on the selected item panel or my overview if I have not logged off or docked up since the incident

this doesn't make sense. I have my character sheet open and there isn't an 'activate' option from within. Only the standard dropdown of 3

It's fine, he's still not undocked yet and is holed up in 4-4, but he's a low-life alpha undock killer so I've got a whole month to wait for my enjoyment :P I'll get it, but I've not been able to properly test it since I lost him earlier and wrote this post, so I'll update if it goes well or awry or I figure something out.

Nevermind, the answer's already clear, he's here again and I can activate my own kill right now somehow, maybe it took me leaving the system and coming back or him docking etc or the combat breaking idk. But I can fire on him activating my own kill right for free so issue solved!

Unfortunately is what became of it all. I locked him up and suspected him and he insta-docked like the flaming pussy he is to undock in a shuttle, the gnosis beat me to the punch.

Tip:target him first and activate it as you are waiting for the targeting cycle to finishBlink minimal time to react.
