Tool Tip Damage Calculations Incorrect

Anyone else seeing slightly exagerated salvo and DPS calculations from tool tips and/or the fitting window? Seems after loggin in and until I offline/online or remove and replace and damage mod, tool tips and fitting window displays incorrect damage numbers with weapons. I'll wind up filing a bug report later if it continues to persist; I had seen this on on ship before (on my Navy 'Phoon) but realized that it's one all of my combat ships, including an Orthrus, Golem, the aformentioned 'Phoon, and a Paladin.
