The unfortunate realization is that far more people would sooner point out if they could change the size of a male char's junk but not female char's breasts. It's the same reason most Character Creator tools from any game have any features that are gender locked, assuming that all female characters are of the girly type and all male characters are manly men types. In other words, the issue goes beyond Eve. Eve is just yet another example of that fact. How many games allow your character to cross dress?

Then again, I live in a country where graphic and often grotesque violence and language that would even make me cringe is perfectly fine on cable, but show even a peek of what even looks like a nipple and people go nuts. We humans are really weird and ***-backwards to say the least.

This is why WiS failed. The Devs kept playing with the slider in the body sculpting area and ended up with characters that kept tripping over themselves everytime they walked around.

To buck the popular trend, I began to Rage Start instead of Rage Quit.

...and every time I get another piece of Carbon, I know exactly what CCP is getting this Christmas.

Lore.

The Empires do not want capsuleers breeding and starting families with anything or anyone. Obviously they've been particularly barbaric with male capsuleers and their clones. As for biological necessities, particularly waste management, - capsuleers do have an entire collection of interface points along their spinal column line. This combined with a Capsule takes care of all biological needs for survival.

Particularly for those capital pilots who spend months to years never docking with a station or leaving the capsule. At least until their space coffin meets with an untimely end.

Actually, in the 23rd millennia males only have one leg so if you could change the size of the package that would only make you tip over.
