Yes, folks, we absolutely encourage you to take just a moment to pop over to our website and check us out. Compare Discoverings to other Corps. We've done a lot to document how we enjoy the game so you can get a solid feel for life in Discoverings.

We'll look forwards to chatting with you soon.

The Sound of the War drums are still being heard down in Provi. And we're having a great time.
And we are looking for more capable pilots to join our ranks. And yes we also welcome pvp pilots.

Take a look at our website and have a chat with us......

oh Yay, oh Yay, OH YAY! What a blap-fest. Yes, Discoverings has been down on the front-lines in the latest Imperium campaign to test FozzieSov; namely the burning of Providence.

To the members of the Providence region.....

Thank you so much for the good fights, the willingness to dig in and try to fight against the biggest super alliance in the game. For that; we salute you.

Back to the topic of the day...

Discoverings will soon be returning home to pick up our casual and laid back lifestyles as players of the Total Game of Eve in our comfortable and familiar home regions. This frees me up just a little to put my eye on helping good toons find a great home with us here in the Corp. Ratter, Miner, Industrialist, Marketeer, Hauler, Explorer or out and out combateer? It matters not! Come and say "Hi", come and learn more about what we do and where we live.

Discoverings is the most self-professed carebear Corp in the SpaceMonkey's Alliance. That's no mean feat; as there are 67 other Corporations in the alliance; some of them even more carebear than we are. Despite being outspoken carebears we have obviously grown some teeth; small ones; but sharp ones. Our combat efficiency remains in the low 90% range meaning we kill 9 times more stuff than we lose! Our carebears have managed to destroy 159,000,000,000 Isk of ships; not a lot for many much older Corps; but for us; it says a lot about our desire to play the whole game, PVP, PVE, you name it; we obviously do it. NOTE >> At no time have I as the CEO ever put any member under any pressure to do a single thing. I simply ask our members to do what they'd like to do. The rest happens by itself.

One minute we are ratting away happily building ADM levels on FozzieSov at home; the next we are on the front lines with the Imperium destroying CVA and its assets in Providence. The day after we are back at home with our comfortable and sustainable infrastructure; reaping the fullest rewards of living in some of the best space in the game.

So, come on over! Say hello and get to know us.

Yes, absolutely agreed. Our Corporate roadmap for short, mid and longer term activities is certainly maturing really nicely. It is with great excitement that we look forwards to the future of player owned Sov nullsec. I'm sure if you managed to watch the Meta Show where CCP Nullabor talked about the future of structures, Citadels and the mechanics of NullSec you too would want to be part of it.

Really exciting times are coming down the pipe over the next few months. The alliance has just proven its muscle and learned some valuable lessons in the campaign to test "FozzieSov" in Provi and we've brought those lessons back home with us for sure.

One thing I'm extremely confident of is the security and longevity of our home. It is a key ingredient in the deliberate focus of our efforts as a Corp on a common future, an enjoyable and rewarding one.

Some, come on folks, come and check us out. Come and talk to us. You have nothing to lose at all but potentially everything to gain!

So, here we are; for us in the Northern Hemisphere the nights are beginning to draw in. Winter approaches and hopefully, with any luck, the length of the chores list for the yard, gardening, holidays, camping and family pursuits that keep us all away from Eve during the long days of summer will wain just a little!

Despite the 'draw' of long summer afternoons and evenings in the holiday season keeping us outside Discoverings has continued to grow and thrive in our wonderful home space. We've now been in the alliance for 5 months; and I have to say we've really settled in brilliantly.

The Corp has found exactly the right mix of content, fun, activities and services to keep all the toons in the Corp happy and thriving whilst at the same time fully embracing the opportunity that being in one of the larger alliances in game avails to us. It's a remarkable thing to have New Zealanders, Brits, Americans, Dutch, Swedes and Poles all hanging out in real time; chatting away like like birds in a happy cage; despite global separation - something our governments in real-life find so hard to achieve. Here in Corp; and in our alliance we do it all day long every day! It's not hard; just get stuck in and get to know people. The rest comes naturally!

So, if you really like the concept of 'NullSec Carebears with Teeth' then pop over and visit us on our Teamspeak at discoverings.net - no password is required. Many of us are available there to chat with you 24x7; even if not a recruiter at that moment in time; and we'll be happy to answer any questions that you have. Alright, other than those directly relating to operational security; but any reasonable questions!

If you've never lived in NullSec before; don't be daunted by it; it's actually a lot easier than any of the other alternatives in game, including highsec! Come check us out and find out for yourself!

Alright, now I'm intruiged. I'm trying to think which one of us in the Corp actually bites?

I've seen members dish out the occasional nasty suck!
Some, even put their teeth in to eat apples! (Like me, because I have 5 grand-children I'm allowed to say that!)

Some of us have got such goofy teeth that we can east apples through letter-boxes!

Although, the corp is officially a "Carebear with Teeth" Corp. Just little, nasty little teeth!

The classification according to the latest Eve-Hunt.net ref Discoverings - Bad MotherF***kers

Giggle, I like it. Carebears with teeth? You betcha!

Us "Carebears with teeth" have been having some great fun on alliance ops recently, fielding the second largest corp participation in the fleet!! That is quite a feat for a bunch of miners and ratters. (Our kill ratio was 4-1, pretty darn good!)

So maybe you are an Empire based PvEer or miner thinking about a new direction to spice-up your EVE life why not check us out at Discoverings and gain a few teeth to add to your Carebear persona.

Fly safe or die gloriously

Indeed, if you love the nullsec life but for what ever reason find yourself without a corp or if the corp is heading else where in space consider Discoverings as a possible new home. The door is open, the home fires are lit and the welcome mat is ready.*

I could write an awe inspiring post here; or just cause you to check out our website over here - whatever suits you!

Want to be part of a dynamic and successful Corp? Nestled in some of the best NullSec space in the game with one of the largest and most effective alliances; non the less in the biggest super alliance in the game? Sure, of course you do! Now that you are suitably awe-inspired come and check us out! Big smile

We really do stuff that others can't! We are transparent in our operations, hell, even the Corp publishes its wallets in real time so all members can see what's going on! How many times have you seen that in the game yet? Inspired yet?

Oh, there's lots more; but that inspiration will come again tomorrow when I share the next snippet of what makes us unique, fun and the best place to live in the game!

I was waiting expectedly for the next snippet from our CEO but unfortunately work took him away from his EVE life today. Roll ....Oh well.

In Discoverings RL comes first. We don't have mandatory ops, you won't be shouted at for missing a corp roam or not joining a mining fleet. Drama Queens aren't Us! We have a fun, friendly time in our corner of NullSec. Come check us out.
